|Dr. Ashok Ajmera, FCA Chairman and Managing Director laid the founding stones of the Company. He has rich corporate experience of over 35 Years in broking and executing transactions in the field of Investment Banking. He is a well known Chartered Accountant, International Trainer and Capital Market Expert. He has a strong network and an excellent rapport with Banks, Regulatory Authorities, Government Agencies, Corporates and Financial Institutions. To his credit he has successfully advised large and reputed corporate houses based in India and Abroad and assisted them in achieving their financial goals/targets.|
|To his credit he has more than 2,500 interviews on Capital Markets on leading Television Channels like Zee, Star, NDTV, BBC, CNBC & Awaz, Bloomberg UTV, DD News,Sahara,Aaj Tak, Headlines Today and many more. He has conducted about 300 training programmes for Jaycees, Lions, Rotarians , Corporate, Banks, Institutes covering topics on leadership, goal setting, public speaking, mind mapping, communication skills, time management, Capital Markets, project finance, economy and other financial subjects.|

Mr. Ankit Ajmera – Executive Director
Mr. Ankit Ajmera, an MBA Graduate from UK is the Executive Director of the company. He has experience of over ten years of Capital Markets in general and in Institutional equities in particular. He has hands on experience in IPO Distribution, Equity Research, and Institutional Broking/Dealing etc. At Ajcon, he spearheads the execution/development of the entire operations of Institutional Broking and Retail Broking. His other associations involve him as a Chairperson of Lions Club, Mumbai, and a Managing Committee Member of AMNI.
Mr. Annuj Ajmera – Executive Director
Mr. Annuj Ajmera, a Commerce Graduate is the Executive Director of Ajcon. He has over eight years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & PR initiatives. Owing to his extensive knowledge of IT he is entirely responsible for the development and implementation of IT framework of Ajcon and its group companies. He has played a pivotal role in designing the online trading web portal of Ajcon Global “www.pyarapaisa.com”. He is responsible and leads the business development and marketing aspects for the broking and investment banking division of the Company. His other associations involve him as Secretary of Rotary Club of Kandivali, Mumbai.

Ms. Pallavi Ajmera – Senior Vice President
Ms. Pallavi Ajmera, a Chartered Accountant is the Sr. Vice President(Investment Banking Division) of the company. She has an experience of over eight years in the field of Investment Banking. To her credit she has executed and concluded various transactions relating to Audit Inspection, Debt Deals, Asset Securitization, Private Equity etc. Over the years, she has developed expertise in Investment Advisory for HNI, NRIs and handling Merchant Banking Activity. Currently at Ajcon, she is responsible for executing Loan Syndication, Corporate Valuations, Merchant Banking assignments and obtaining financial closure. She has previously worked for renowned financial institutions like DSP Merrill Lynch and ICICI Bank
Mr. Akash Jain – Vice President (Equity Research)
Mr. Akash Jain is Vice President Equity (Research) at Ajcon, has an experience of five years. At Ajcon, he spearheads the research department. He is responsible for generating fundamental Equity and Sectoral research reports, IPO research, Pre-Market Reports,Investment advisory, Thematic studies and Monthly newsletters. He completed his MBA(Financial Markets) from Institute for Technology and Management (ITM) – Institute of Financial Markets (IFM), Navi Mumbai. Earlier worked with renowned companies like India Infoline Ltd. (IIFL), ARM Research Pvt. Ltd. and ENARR Capital where he was responsible for generating equity research reports, sectoral research reports, writing business plans and investor presentations.

Mr. Nitin Kumawat – Vice President (Retail Broking)
Mr. Nitin Kumawat is the Vice President (Retail Broking) at Ajcon Global Services Limited and plays an important role in developing the retail broking business of the Company. He is responsible for identifying and building the retail sales, distribution network, strategy formation, franchisee/channel partner management and build/assist the HNI Network of the Company. With an experience of over ten years of handling sales, business development, client servicing, team management, he is an effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business and management. His past experience involves him working with brokerage houses like Asit C Mehta and Karvy Stock Broking Limited. He is qualified professional with a Post Graduation in Marketing and M.Com.
Mr. Daylan De Souza – AVP(Institutional Sales)
Mr. Daylan De Souza is the Asst. Vice President (Institutional Sales) at Ajcon Global Services Limited. He is responsible for executing the orders of institutions/ mutual funds/insurance companies and advising on stock picks. A Post Graduate from Xavier’s Institutes of Management (Mumbai), he has an experience of over eight years working with the Institutional Desk of reputed broking firms like IL & FS Management, Mackertich Wealth Mgmt Ltd and IndBank Merchant Banking Services Ltd.
Mr. Nilesh Parchure – Business Development Manager
Mr. Nilesh Parchure a B.Com graduate is the Business Development Manager at Ajcon Global Services Limited his responsibilities involve him in identifying and soliciting business from the clients of the broking wing of the Company. He has an experience of over five years and has worked in the past as the Branch Manager with Arcadia Shares and Stock Brokers Limited.
Mr. Ramesh Hankare – Dealer (Equity)
Mr. Ramesh Hankare is a B.Com graduate and currently associated as a dealer (Equity Segment) at Ajcon Global Services Limited, his responsibilities include delivering timely quotes, order execution, confirmation and if sought advising the clients on the appropriate entry/exit timings. He has previously worked with organization like Motilal Oswal, Ambit Securities, Natvarlal & Sons Stock Brokers Pvt. Limited.
Mr. Sunil Singh – Asst. Manager (Risk Management)
Mr. Sunil Singh a B.Com Graduate. He is the Asst. Manager-Risk Management at Ajcon and he is responsible for the risk management, developing strategies to monitor and mitigate risk, developing framework for process driven risk management, new risk policy implementation etc. He has an experience of over seven years in the field of risk management and has worked at various levels with Bonanza Portfolio Limited.

Mr.Virendra Shah – Sr. EDP Manager
Mr. Virendra Shah, He is the Sr. EDP Manager and has completed Diploma in Hardware and Networking from Jetking Institute. His responsibilities include managing the entire IT architecture and framework. He has an experience of over six years and has worked at various capacities with the IT department of R.R. Chokhani Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd and Monarch Project and Finance Pvt. Ltd.
Ms. Shikha Ajmera – HR Head
Ms. Shikha Ajmera, aged 28 years is a MBA by qualification. She is heading the Human Resource at Ajcon Global Services Limited. As an overall in charge, she is responsible for handling the payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, induction program, generation of MIS reports on employees of the company etc.

Mr. Shailendra Pathak – CS & Compliance Officer
Mr. Shailendra Pathak aged 26 years is the Company Secretary of Ajcon Global and he also heads the Compliance and Legal department of the Company. He is a qualified Company Secretary and has over four years of experience of handling matters related to corporate laws and other commercial and industrial laws. He is fully conversant with secretarial practices and compliances of stock exchange and other regulatory authorities. Previously he has worked with Tainwala Chemicals.
