has extended demat services to its clients by
becoming a Depository Participants (DP) with the
apex depository in India – Central Depository
Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL). These services are
ancillary to the main businesses of the Company.
Besides being an additional source of income for
the Company, it has also smoothened the functioning
and operational work of the Company. |

AGSL
is the link between the investor and CDSL and
all investors of AGSL by availing these services
can utilise the services offered by CDSL. AGSL,
by having on-line connectivity with depositories
gives it access to centralised database and thus
make available to the investors a to-the-minute
status of their account and transactions. |

Thus,
it enables AGSL to offer value addition to its
customers and most importantly “hassle free”
services, in the following manner; |

in clients account electronically. |

Execution & settlement of
trades through the clients demat account. |

depository services have started in 2007. The
Company is in the process of getting depository
account opened for most of its clients. |
