MANAGEMENT TEAM :
The Core Management Team lead by the Managing Director Mr.Ashok Kumar Ajmera is responsible for the day-to-day activities comprises of multi-disciplinary seasoned professionals who have a wealth of experience in Stock Broking, Corporate Advisory & Consultancy, Finance, Audit, Taxation and Portfolio Management. It comprises of;

He has to his credit more than 30 years of experience in the field of Financial Consultancy and Capital Markets. He has an immense valuable network in the business circle, particularly large corporate houses, banks and financial institutions. The core areas in which he has contributed are mainly into Project Finance, Capital Markets, Business Process Re-engineering, Merchant Banking, Management Development Programmes, Inspection and Investigative Audits, Foreign Collaboration, Valuation, Mergers & Acquisition, Investment Banking, RBI matters and various other Corporate Advisory Services. He has worked as a Consultant with Indian Banks and Financial Institutions for many years.

Mr. Ajmera has held several prestigious positions such as Special Executive Magistrate appointed by Government of Maharashtra for over 6 years, Chairman Lions Club of International. He has served as a Committee Member of COSI (A HI-power committee) of National Stock Exchange of India for over 3 years. He was elected as the Director of Association of NSE Members (ANMI) for 2 years and was designated as the Chairman of various Committees of ANMI viz. Insurance Committee, Public Relations Committee, Co-ordination Committee, Legal and Member grievance Committee etc.

He has also chaired as a Committee Member of various sub committees formed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & the National Stock Exchange. Mr. Ajmera was also an International Trainer & Senator of Junior Chamber International - USA, Managing Committee Member of “I Love Mumbai" of Nana Chudasama & Citizen Council for a Better Tomorrow (CCBT), an organisation founded by Mr. F.T. Khorakiwala. He is presently an independent director on the board of Gilt Securities Trading Corporation (a subsidiary of Canara Bank).

He is a holder of the Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UK and a Bachelors degree in Commerce & Economics from University of Bombay. He has contributed largely to the broking division of the Company and has been instrumental in setting up derivatives desk & operations department. During his experience of 8 years, he has developed strong analytical skills and gained wide knowledge of the corporate world, which enables him to valuably contribute to other businesses of the Company. Mr.Ankit over the years has made an impact in the institutional equity broking segment and has contributed his views and opinions through various news and business TV channels.He is also an active member of Lions Club of Juhu , the 3rd larget club of Lions in India.

He is a commerce graduate and qualified IT professional. During the last 6 years, he has acquired strong software & Web related skills. He has undergone intensive training in the field of information technology and possess strong marketing skills & negotiating skills. He is heading the support and marketing division of the Company.Mr.Anuj is instrumental in the retail broking expansion business of the company and has toured widely accross the country and also major part of the world , exploring various possibilities of opening the Branch/Franchisee network of the company.

Mr. S. M. Jain (Company secretary)
A most highly qualified and experienced professional, Mr. S. M. Jain, has to credit several degrees viz. B.Sc. ( Mech. Engg.), M.Tech. (Ind & Prod), M.B.A., LLB (Hons.), FICWA, ACS, MIE, F.I.V., Chartered Engineer & Valuer. He is not only the Company Secretary but serves almost every department of the Company from his vast knowledge, skills and experience. Apart from secretarial practice and financial reengineering, he possesses vast experience and expertise of Capital Markets and is a vivid reader and keen researcher.

CA. Pallavi Ajmera (Vice President – Advisory Services)
She is a Chartered Accountant with a 8 years experience. For 4 years she has worked with a DSP Merrill Lynch a investment Banking and financial services company, dealing with corporate debts, loan syndication, HNI Investment and Merchant Banking wherein she was responsible for structuring and executing corporate debt deals for institutional clients, loan syndication, asset securitization, investment advisory to HNI’s and NRI’s and merchant Banking activities. She has also worked for about 2 years with ICICI Bank Ltd. in Overseas Private Investment Group.
Mrs. Ajmera has great analytical skills and has also conducted several audit & inspection assignments during her articleship and later as a CA.

Ms. Shikha Ajmera – (Vice President - Sales & Public Relations)
She is a MBA (Finance & Insurance) from Mount Carmel Institute of Management, Bangalore. Her major strengths are finance and insurance business. She is a certified agent of Prudential ICICI and has been awarded the “Prudential ICICI Sprint Award”. She looks after marketing of all financial products at branches and franchises - Insurance and Mutual Fund Sales and also trains personnel at these places.

Mr. Sunil Patodi – (Vice President –Fundamental Research)
He is a MBA (Finance) from Institute of Management Studies, Indore. Mr. Sunil is the head of fundamental Equity research cell of the comapny . He is ably guided by both the Managing Director Mr.Ashok Ajmera and the Executive Director Mr.Ankit Ajmera to whom he reports and is assisted by Mr.Sahil Vyas and other research analysts .Mr. Sunil has wide experience of research and survey work having worked with ICME in the past.

He has a Masters Degree from the university of Udaipur , Rajasthan .Mr.Kuldeep has over 6 years of experience in technical research of equities and has mastered over various technical menthods and charts to asses the movement of scripts .His technical predictions and trading calls have a success rate of over 80%. Mr.Kuldip is most sought after analyst by the clients of Ajcon.

Mr. Ravi Salian – (Executive-Project Finance)
He is a MMS (Finance) from Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute of Mgt Studies and Research,
Navi Mumbai and possesses good computer skills. Mr. Ravi assists Mrs. Pallavi Ajmera in Project Finance Division.

Mr.Sahil Vyas – (Sr.Executive-Research)
Mr.Sahil Vyas , a Post Graduate having vazst and varried experience of working with various broking firms in the the Customer relationship and equity research department.He assists the VP - Equity Research.

Ms. Avisha Nage – (Executive-Project Finance)
She is a MMS (Finance) from Jankidevi Institute of Mangement Studies, Mumbai and and Bachelor in Business Administration. Ms Avisha is Incharge of fund management and is an advisor to clients in the investment banking field.She also assists the Managing Director.

A Post Graduate , Ms.Jadhav has over 3 years of experience in the field of commodity broking and handles the entire commodity broking business of the company from the head office .
