He is a well known Chartered Accountant, Financial consultants & Capital Market Expert having a strong network and excellent rapport with Banks, Regulatory Authorities, Government Agencies, Corporates and Financial Institutions. Over the years he has executed several transactions in the field of debt syndication, Investment Banking & corporate advisory successfully advising some of the large & reputed corporate houses in India & Abroad amongst the large client base of over 500. |

Mr. Ankit Ajmera – Executive Director
Ankit Ajmera, B.Com from Mumbai University and MBA from UK is the Executive Director of the Company. Ankit has rich experience of over twenty years of Capital Markets in general and in Institutional equities in particular. Over the years, he has developed great skills of stock picking, hands on experience in IPO Distribution, Equity Research and Institutional Broking/Dealing. At Ajcon, he spearheads the execution of the entire operations of Institutional Broking, HNI desk & Retail Broking along with funds management. He also heads the compliance team of the Company. His other associations involve him as the Executive Committee Member of AMNI, President Elect of Lions Club of Juhu. Guest speaker in various Forums & TV interviews on Capital Markets. Being an active member of ANMI, he has been engaged in the deliberations with SEBI & Stock Exchanges on the matters related to broking industry & capital markets.
Mr. Anuuj Ajmera – Executive Director
Anuuj Ajmera , aged 40 years is a commerce graduate and an IT professional. He has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology , Business Development, Marketing & PR initiatives. Owing to his extensive working knowledge of IT he is responsible for the development, implementation & Managing the IT framework of Ajcon Global and its group companies. As an executive director of the company, he has played a pivotal role in designing the online trading web portal of Ajcon Global “www.pyarapaisa.com” & it’s trading app both on Android & Iphone. He is also responsible and leads the business development and marketing strategy for the broking, investment banking & distribution divisions of the Company. His other associations involve him as the Past President of Rotary Club of Kandivali, Mumbai and has held several positions in the Rotary District 3141. Ms. Pallavi Ajmera – Senior Vice President
Ms. Pallavi Ajmera, a Chartered Accountant is the Sr. Vice President(Investment Banking Division) of the company. She has an experience of over eight years in the field of Investment Banking. To her credit she has executed and concluded various transactions relating to Audit Inspection, Debt Deals, Asset Securitization, Private Equity etc. Over the years, she has developed expertise in Investment Advisory for HNI, NRIs and handling Merchant Banking Activity. Currently at Ajcon, she is responsible for executing Loan Syndication, Corporate Valuations, Merchant Banking assignments and obtaining financial closure. Mr. Akash Jain is Vice President – (Equity Research) at Ajcon Global and has an experience of over 15 years. He is passionate for equities and has acumen for stock picking. His vision is to create wealth for every kind of investor – retail as well as institutions through his well-researched ideas.
At Ajcon Global, he spearheads the research department and is responsible for generating fundamental Equity and Sectoral research reports, IPO research, Market Wrap etc.. The fundamental research reports are known for achieving its price targets. His view on Indian equities related to stock ideas and market outlook are regularly published on Moneycontrol, The Economic Times, Asian Nikkei Review. He has also appeared on Channels like Doordarshan and Lemon News.
To his credit, he holds MBA – (Financial Markets) from Institute for Technology and Management (ITM) – Institute of Financial Markets (IFM), Navi Mumbai. Mr. Siddharth Jain- M.Com, Gujarat University, at Ajcon, Mr. Jain looks after Trading Accounts for our Strategic tie-up partner, Bank of India (BOI). He plays a lead role in helping the customers of BOI create wealth from Stock Market. His passion for the stock market began when he started learning financial skills in 2004 from India Infoline. Talking about his journey from 2004 to 2010, he worked in India Infoline as an RM. Then, from 2010 to 2014, he worked as a Dealer at Motilal Oswal. From 2014 to 2022, he handled complete operations in Suresh Rathi Franchise in Ahmedabad.
He is well-versed in Technical Analysis, Options Strategy and Currency and Index hedging.

Mr. Daylan De Souza is the Senior Dealer at Ajcon Global Services Limited. He is responsible for executing the orders of institutions/ mutual funds/insurance companies and advising on stock picks. Mr. Nilesh Parchure a B.Com graduate is the Senior Dealer at Ajcon Global Services Limited his responsibilities involve him in identifying and soliciting business from the clients of the broking wing of the Company. He has an experience of over 19 years and has worked in the past as the Branch Manager with Arcadia Shares and Stock Brokers Limited.

Mr. Sunil Singh a MA Post Graduate. He is the Manager-Risk Management at Ajcon and he is responsible for the risk management, developing strategies to monitor and mitigate risk, developing framework for process driven risk management, new risk policy implementation etc. He has an experience of over 15 years in the field of risk management and has worked at various levels with Bonanza Portfolio Limited.

Ms. Shikha Ajmera, aged 38 years is a MBA by qualification. She is heading the Human Resource at Ajcon Global Services Limited. As an overall in charge, she is responsible for handling the payroll, talent acquisition, performance management, induction program, generation of MIS reports on employees of the company etc.

Mr. Puspraj Pandey aged 33 years, is the Company Secretary of Ajcon Global Services Limited and he also heads of the Compliance and Legal department of the Company. He is a qualified Company Secretary and has over eight years of experience of handling matters related to corporate compliance, corporate laws and other commercial and industrial laws. He is fully conversant with secretarial practices and compliances of stock exchange and other regulatory authorities. Previously he has worked with several listed & limited entities like Phoenix Township Ltd., Alan Scott Industriess Ltd. & Karvy Capital Ltd, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
